The 7 Deadly Sins and the TAO

The 7 Deadly Sins and the TAO
Use the TAO wisdom to overcome the 7 Deadly Sins, and live in reality, instead of in fancy and fantasy.

As If Everything Is A Miracle

In this day and age, living in different phases of life is challenging, especially being new parents. For one thing, in this world of technology and information, many of us are addicted to speed, which seems like a prerequisite for success in career and in many others facets of life. As a result, stress is unduly created, which may lead to toxic actions, reactions, thoughts, and emotions. Consciously and subconsciously we have created for ourselves a world in which our bodies, our minds, and souls have become toxic and we live as if nothing is a miracle.

To do just the oppositeliving as if everything is a miraclewe have to rethink the mind, renew the body, and reconnect the soul, in order to realign the whole being so that we know who we really are, instead of who we "think" we are.

The body perceives all sensations and experiences in the physical world. The mind interprets and registers them in the subconscious mind, which controls the conscious mind in its daily life choices and decisions, resulting in actions, non-actions, and reactions of the body in the physical world. The soul feeds the mind with spirituality that provides connection and interconnection with others through empathy and compassion, gratitude and generosity, as well as love and forgiveness. The body, the mind, and the soul—all play a pivotal role in the wisdom in contemporary living. The essence of this wisdom is their “alignment” with one another for balance and harmony in the being of an individual.

This 125-page book is about the wisdom in living as if everything is a miracle. Albert Einstein once said: "There are only two ways to live your life: one is as if nothing is a miracle; the other is as if everything is a miracle." Remember, life is a miracle; even your breath is a miracle in itself. To live your life to its very best, you need wisdom of the body, the mind, and the soul, and they are all inter-connected with one another. Wisdom in living is believing in yourself, believing that you can be a better, happier, and healthier you. So, believe that you can live a life of balance and harmony with alignment of your body, mind, and soul.
